Senior Leadership Team Offsite

This freestanding wall was built on-site at a senior leadership summit.  Attendees were provided asked to answer the question “What Inspires Your About The Future?”  They were provided markers and encouraged to write or draw directly on the board.  This created a feeling of ownership and accountability for their shared future.
